All products are printed, prepared and packaged when ordered and are shipped by the UPS or United States Post Service (USPS). Your shipping charge will vary depending on the weight of your package and location.
If an item runs out of stock before your order is processed, you will be contacted regarding the expected turn around time for delivery. If a return occurs the item's cost, minus shipping cost, will be issued back to your credit card, Paypal account or other payment methods within two to three business days of reply.

Returns
We accept exchanges only for online purchases. No cash back; only digital money transfer credit card processing service item was purchased through. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused in brand new condition with all tags/accessories attached and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be returned in the original packaging. Please re-tape the box and send it back to us. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
